My biggest block was indecision & confusion and the time wasted from it. The Litt Factor helped me realize it came from control & perfectionism (which I used to think was a good thing). I felt successful people, people with money, were different from me. I didn’t associate with the successful crowd. I related with the “cool starving artist”.

Since working with Tracy and team, I’ve opened myself up to a world of untapped potential. I’m doing stand-up comedy – hello visibility! If I wasn’t living in the proof of doing the work on myself, I wouldn’t believe it was possible.

I was so completely dissatisfied with my life’s trajectory and my everyday lived experience. I had a good life, a loving family, a nice home, and a brand new baby, yet I wasn’t happy with who I was. Everything in my life was transactional and I felt I had given away every ounce of my identity to things and people around me without being intentional about who I WANTED to be. So, I became someone I thought others wanted me to be.

After starting with Mind Magic, I learned very quickly how I got to where I was and how simple it could be to get to where I wanted to be. I started doing the work of my life and was constantly receiving evidence that it was working.

As I continue doing more of the internal work of healing and expanding, my dreams are getting bigger and clearer. I have the most incredibly aligned vision for myself and my impact that is so clear it is palpable. I get full-body chills when I think about my vision and mission.

To receive the unconditional love and support from this team and community has changed how I view every interaction I have with another human. Unconditional love for one another is unbelievably powerful. Once you have felt it from others, you realize the impact of spreading more love.

BEFORE WORKING WITH THE LITT FACTOR, I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT I DIDN’T KNOW.

I only knew that something felt very wrong in my body, but I was so used to ignoring my body. I’d just lost my mother unexpectedly, and facing catastrophic loss, I knew I had to make a change for myself to find a way forward that was sustainable. I sought meaning and purpose for my life.

Most of my interactions, while authentic, were on the surface. I didn’t go too deep, I didn’t make myself vulnerable, and my relationships reflected that. Being around other women usually involved socializing, complaining, venting, drinking, and generally really unhealthy behavior that I can only see now with hindsight for what it was at the time. While feminist and supportive, it was also a space for a lot of negative emotions to come to the surface, or linger just below where no one talked about them.

Since coming into the work with The Litt Factor, I’ve been able to achieve things I never thought were in the realm of possible for me. I lost weight, I stopped drinking, started my own business, became a Certified Master Mind Magic Practitioner, met a partner who has become the love of my life and gotten engaged, had total knee replacement surgery, and created a life I look forward to waking up to every damn day, no matter what that day brings.

I attribute my company’s growth to The Litt Factor, 100%. Without the incubator, the community, the coaching, the support, and without Tracy, none of this would have been possible for that old version of me.
