Amanda Bolzau

Head of Fulfillment

Amanda Bolzau is the Head of Fulfillment for The School of Becoming™, a position that perfectly blends her unparalleled expertise in coaching, trauma-informed healing, subconscious reprogramming, and transformational leadership. With credentials as an ICF accredited Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist, and Certified Neuro-Identity Evolution™ Practitioner, Amanda brings a depth of knowledge and remarkable skill set to her role inside the school.

Amanda’s dedication to transformation is grounded in both her professional achievements and lived experiences. With over 200 hours of continuing education in trauma healing and recovery, she specializes in combining cognitive and somatic approaches to help her students and clients achieve a truly sustainable return to wholeness. Her ability to seamlessly unify her personal journey with extensive professional training creates an environment of profound safety and vulnerability in which transformation is not only possible—it’s inevitable.

Amanda’s own journey with The School of Becoming began in 2020 when she attended an online event called The Elevation Experience led by Tracy Litt. This sparked her becoming journey, propelling her to enroll in Mind Magic®, invest in private mentorship with Tracy, and earn her certification in Neuro-Identity Evolution™ as part of the inaugural cohort in 2021. Amanda quickly emerged as a standout leader, becoming the first contract coach to join The School of Becoming, before rising to the roles of Director of Coaching and ultimately Head of Fulfillment.

Affectionately known as THE Coach Amanda by the student body, Amanda is beloved for her compassionate, empowering, and transformative approach. Her leadership ensures that every student of The School of Becoming experiences the unparalleled depth of support, connection, and growth that defines the institution.

Amanda’s mission is to create spaces where students feel deeply seen, held, and empowered to unmask and embrace their fully-expressed selves. Her work continues to inspire and transform lives, guiding others into their unlimited potential.

Amy Young

Certification Facilitator

Amy Young is a Certification Facilitator for The School of Becoming™, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting students through the live immersion experience of their certification journey. With a rich background in leadership, coaching, and facilitation, Amy brings unparalleled expertise and heart to her work, helping others unlock their full potential.

As the founder of Redefine Possibility, a coaching company for high-achieving female leaders, Amy has empowered women across industries to lead with intention and impact. She is also the editor-in-chief of her digital magazine Redefine Possibility: A Destination for Women Inspired to Do More and a sought-after speaker, having led discussions and workshops for organizations such as Google, University of Oxford, Boston University, CEOx, and Keller Williams.

Amy’s academic and professional credentials are as impressive as her influence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston University and is a graduate and facilitator of the Women Transforming Leadership program at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation through iPEC and is also certified in Neuro-Identity Evolution™ from The School of Becoming.

Amy’s journey with The School of Becoming began when she attended Powerhouse, a 3-day transformational event that ignited her passion for the school’s mission. She immediately joined the inaugural certification cohort, where her exceptional coaching abilities stood out. During a role-play exercise at the certification immersion, Amy had the opportunity to coach Tracy Litt herself—a moment so impactful that Tracy knew Amy was destined to join the team.

Now, as a Certification Facilitator, Amy is an integral part of the certification immersion experience. Her exceptional facilitation, leadership, and unwavering support provide students with a transformative space to grow into their most powerful selves.

Amy’s mission is to redefine what’s possible for women by cultivating leadership that is conscious, intentional, and deeply impactful. Her work continues to inspire and elevate others, leaving an indelible mark on every life she touches.

Mellisa Robillard

Mellisa Robillard is the heartbeat of connection and care at The School of Becoming. With over two decades of experience as an Executive Assistant and Event Planner, Mellisa brings an unparalleled level of dedication and expertise to her role, ensuring every student feels supported, seen, and empowered on their journey of transformation.

Born and raised in Central Texas, Mellisa began her career managing the operations of a thriving equine veterinary clinic, which led her to become the office manager and event planner for one of the largest straight Egyptian Arabian horse businesses in the world. These formative experiences shaped her attention to detail, organizational mastery, and ability to create seamless experiences for all she serves.

In February 2018, Mellisa boldly stepped into entrepreneurship, launching her own virtual assistant business to serve top-level CEOs and entrepreneurs. Her knack for understanding the unique needs of visionaries soon became her signature strength.

In January 2020, Mellisa officially became Tracy Litt’s personal assistant, a partnership born out of an instant and undeniable chemistry when the two met at a women’s event in 2019. Since then, Mellisa has been the steadfast anchor and beloved Student Success Administrator for The School of Becoming.

Mellisa’s nurturing energy and exceptional care have made her indispensable to the student community. Known for her genuine warmth and unwavering dedication, students often say, “We all want a Mellisa!” Her ability to make every interaction meaningful ensures that students feel fully supported as they rise into their highest selves.

Mellisa’s unwavering passion for service and her commitment to the mission continue to elevate the collective experience of growth and transformation for all. She is a cherished part of the journey, embodying grace, care, and a heart of gold.
