It’s time for a spiritual retreat! I celebrate myself and the sweetness of this moment. And while I’m there, of course, I share it proudly with the world!

Celebrate? I may have a glimpse of feeling happy for myself, but I’m not stopping to celebrate. If I do, the other shoe might drop.

Do a little happy dance (in private of course), treat myself to a bottle of vino, and smile at what I’ve created.

2) You’re snowed under with work, and your Assistant asks “how can I help?” You say…(Required)

“No, thanks — I’ve got this.” I’d rather work till 2 AM than admit I need help. Now, where’d I put those caffeine pills? 👀

Hmm, I can probably think of a task or two.” Delegating isn’t my forte, but it’s better than running myself into the ground, right?

“YES! Pour yourself a cup of coffee and get comfortable.” When the going gets tough, the tough get HELP 🙏

3) What's your biggest challenge when it comes to creativity?(Required)

I’ve got so many ideas it’s hard to focus on just one

I’m not sure if I’m really that creative

I’m deeply creative, and creatively satisfied

4) How committed are you to showing up as the fullest expression of yourself?(Required)

I love the idea, but I’m not sure I even understand what that means or what it feels like

Sometimes I feel like I am, and other times I shrink away and get caught up in fear or seek the approval of others

Being the fullest expression of myself is my northstar. Take me or leave me, either way: awesome

There’s no success without risk and I love trusting in the unknown!

If I can calculate the risk and guarantee that the results will be there, then I am IN.

I’ve got so many responsibilities, risky business isn’t really my style.

My emotions 💖 I let my feelings guide me

Not something I do — Honestly, I haven’t felt my feelings in so long, I’m afraid if I start, I’ll never stop.

Spending more time with myself, friends and family — without feeling like my empire’s about to crumble.

Feeling fired up by my connection to my body and my connection to source! I know and trust that there’s always more than enough — time, money, resources, love, and new opportunities. My results reflect that knowing.

Achieving more and doubting myself less. Having a growth mindset and a nourishing self-care routine.
