This is about enhancing your caliber as a practitioner, raising the bar for yourself and those you serve.
You will be learning a brand new skill! Something Tracy has been using, testing, and proving with her private clients.

DAY 2
Sales & Red Carpet Retention
We are kicking off the day with ‘SHE SELLS’. A curated workshop Led and facilitated by the one and only Chris Kenney, high-ticket sales mentor for elite coaches and your rockstar fellow CNIEP Stacey Sherman. Role-playing, live demonstrations, and high converting sales skills – oh my!
Now you’re closing sales like a ninja, client results are mind-blowing because you’re a CNIEP, and it’s time to focus on a predictable retention plan. Learn everything you need to know about retention and red carpet service, then workshop your retention plan in the room so you can start implementing immediately!
DAY 3
Community Wisdom
We wrap CALIBER on Day 3 harnessing the collective wisdom within this exclusive CNIEP community.
You will break into groups to share your most impactful strategies, insights, lessons and best practices. This is an opportunity to learn from each other’s journeys, gain fresh perspectives, and refine your approach to create even greater impact.
Leave with new inspired ideas that you can immediately integrate into your own journey. Because when we come together and share what works, we elevate each other and accelerate our growth. And that makes the ripple effect exponential.

We have solidified an incredible CALIBER only discounted rate!
CALIBER attendees get the insane rate of $429/per night. This INCLUDES the resort fee. *Staying at a 5-star on the beach in Florida in February for this rate is a rarity.
$429 is for a single king room, or you can coordinate with a roommate and bunk together in a double queen room.
Once you grab your spot, you will be sent hotel booking information.
YES! You can come earlier or stay later with this rate.
AND…all CALIBER attendees get 25% off the SPA! The Amrit has the largest spa in the U.S. 103,000 square feet of wellness!
Staying at The Amrit is not required, and is highly recommended. You deserve to be on site and be enveloped by the luxury.
